1980년에 발표된 앨범으로 라이브 앨범과 뒤를 이은 정규 앨범 발표후 구성원이 3명이나 바뀌고나서 선보인 8번째 정규 앨범(라이브 음반 포함)으로 Russ Ballard가 작곡해준 I Surrender는 Head East로선 큰 인기를 끌지 못한 곡이지만 1년 후 Rainbow의 Difficult To Cure 앨범에 다시 한번 수록되면서 그들의 또다른 대표곡이 된다. 그 외 국내에서만 많은 사랑을 받았던 Sister Sister도 수록되어 있다
